The costume I ordered off ebay has yet to arrive courtesy of a mistake made by PayPal. And unfortunately, this is not the first time PayPal has decided to change my ship to information despite my best efforts. Somewhere between here and Nevada is a beautiful butterfly costume that may or may not make it to Columbus in time for Halloween. The USPS has been most unhelpful, and even with cries that this package contains potential holiday memories to last a lifetime for the cutest little girl ever does not make them any more inclined to be of assistance. Urgh.
A ago Ainsley had her eye irrigated and we thought it had worked, but alas, that failed us as well. Her doctor told us to wait until she wasn't congested, but the problem with that is she is never NOT congested. The kid has had a runny nose since she was a month old with maybe 5 days off in between. Looks like surgery will be the only option, and not that I am looking forward to it or want to put her through that, I just wish the doctors would listen when we tell them these things. Maybe now that her eye is oozing the green goo again they may believe us.
While Ainsley may not be walking yet (although she does pull herself up on everything, she is just too chicken to let go) her vocabulary astounds me. Tonight she learned pink, purple, red, blue, and black. And she has manners and loves to hand stuff to people and say "thank you" (which sounds like dank doo).
